According to the report of the Communications and International Affairs Department of the Metropolis of Arak, a distance learning - correspondence course titled “Writing Guidelines and Administrative Correspondence” was held in collaboration with the Office of Urban Affairs and Councils of the Central Governorate for 1,200 municipal staff of the province. The head of the Planning and Human Capital Development Department of the Arak Municipality announced that this course is the first purposeful and effective step in the distance learning project and the development of the capabilities of municipal staff. Faraji, referring to the goals of holding this project, added: This plan is implemented with the aim of improving the quality of administrative services and standardizing correspondence at the level of the municipalities of the Central Province.
