This plan is implemented with the aim of improving the quality of administrative services and standardizing correspondence at the level of the municipalities of the Central Province.

This educational content titled “Writing and Administrative Correspondence Guidelines” is the first correspondence-based educational experience of the Arak Municipality, prepared and published in collaboration with the Office of Urban Affairs and the Central Province Councils, and in line with the implementation of in-service training for employees.
