The annual evaluation is not merely an administrative process; rather, it is an effective tool for identifying strengths, addressing shortcomings, and planning for the development of the organization's human capital.

This educational content titled “Writing and Administrative Correspondence Guidelines” is the first correspondence-based educational experience of the Arak Municipality, prepared and published in collaboration with the Office of Urban Affairs and the Central Province Councils, and in line with the implementation of in-service training for employees.

In this meeting, while reviewing ways to expand sports among municipality employees, topics including the design and implementation of an employee sports olympiad, the development of sports infrastructure in municipalities, and increased interactions among provincial centers were discussed and exchanged. Dr. Mohammadi, in this session, emphasizing the importance of bringing back sports activities in work environments, considered this move an effective step in improving employees' physical and mental health and increasing organizational productivity. In the end, the committee members approved the implementation framework of the "Municipalities Champions Competitions" and decided that the preparation and execution stages of these competitions would begin in early Dey of the current year, and specialized working groups would be formed to hold this national event. This decision is a sign of the serious return of sports culture to the body of the country's urban management and a step toward creating an active and empathetic network of municipality employees across Iran.
